Returns & Exchanges

At Misguided Co., we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
